About this position

We are searching for a Product Specialist who possesses the product management skills and aptitude to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in supporting aggressive growth plans.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage direct product line management, line extensions, effective pricing, and creative product promotions and marketing campaign activities to support efforts to achieve maximum sales and profits on automotive product lines.
• Execute product management and development strategies and actions plans to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Gates products in the market.
• Carry out tactical activities to develop specific automotive product offerings to meet annual sales budget.
• Support key tasks, including product training and product warranty claims aligned with Regional vision and aspirations.
• Liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.
