Responsibilities
• Providing future fit vision and programs for the Quality, SHE, and Manufacturing Innovation to support sustainable business growth.
• Providing strong fundamentals Quality, SHE, and Manufacturing Innovation to stay relevant with future dynamic business models.
• Building strong Quality, SHE, and Innovation cultures in the end-to-end operations.
• Providing Master Planning for future fit organizations.
• Developing Quality policies, Quality systems, and Food Safety from the process of purchasing materials, warehousing, production, logistics, and distribution, as well as ensuring their implementation in accordance with the framework and procedures (Guidelines / Manuals / CFM / and SOP) and company regulations with the aim of achieving consistent quality and product safety according to consumer needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards applicable to consumer goods manufacturing.
• Understanding the Food Safety Management System, Sampling Methods, Microbiology and Food & Beverage.
• Experience implementing quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume production operations in consumer goods or related industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
