About this position

The Senior Product Manager, Ethical/OTC (Dermatological and Therapeutic Dermatology) is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for annual planning, develop and implement marketing strategy to team objectives for upcoming product launches
• Analyze product requirements and product development programs; create return-on-investment studies; and coordinates schedule with engineering and production to bring new products to market.
• Planning and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee smooth end-to-end rolling and monitoring of successful product launches.
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs. Provide sufficient information for sale forecast and able to provide opinion.
• Transfer and share market information and understanding of demand generation
• Assumed initiative to lead local team in timely implementation of plan.
• Data interpretation to identify market opportunities and challenges in order to collaborate with the team and succeed in the market. Collaborative working to ensure the execution on plan and on time.
• Able to identify the route cause and inform management to protect lost which may occurs.
• Lead and oversee project to ensure a smooth transition and operation inside the nation, including packaging and formulation requirements that cascade from a regional or global level.
• Event planning & management, able to transfer scientific knowledge into demand creation among key stakeholders.
• Lead/ conduct internal & external training for all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop promotional materials, be able to control and manage spending as planned and be the ownership of Brand P&L, with agile for addition or cutting to maintain brand P&L.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or Science related is a plus.
• Experience in brand management in the fields of dermatology, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and new product launches.
• Channels experience: Hospitals, drugstore, with fundamental understanding of E-commerce channel and modern trade channel (Hyper/Supermarket)
• Fluent in English communication with good interpersonal skills
• Good learning agility, adaptability and excellent collaborative working skills, structural thinking.
• Take ownership and be a champion of the brand.
