About this position

This role is responsible in leading the design and implementation of sales capability and product knowledge strategies and action plans across all Business Units.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing sales and sales manager skills, implementing skill assessments, and leading product knowledge programs.
• Develop and implement the Galderma Thailand Sales Capability strategy and program. This includes developing and leading Sales Capability training programs to develop selling skills in the sales force and refining the sales capability model and strategy over time in line with business requirements.
• Develop and implement strategy to build sales skills in new hires, ensuring a rapid time-to-performance.
• Train and develop Sales Managers to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and sales coaches.
• Assess in partnership with sales leaders, the competence of the sales force in relation to core sales competencies and behaviors, and sales leaders in relation to sales leadership skills and behaviors.
• Design and implement the delivery of product training programs to ensure relevant team members possess in-depth knowledge of aesthetic injectables, skin-related pharmaceutical products, and consumer skincare products.
• Embed product training into onboarding program for new hires, in partnership with line managers and HR and build a model to drive continuous development of product knowledge in all team members.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of sales capability interventions.
• Serve as a leader, facilitator, and mentor, embodying the company's values. Demonstrate exceptional sales and product training skills as a role model for the sales force and other team members.
• Ability to develop and manage several areas of work in parallel, managing deliverables and time effectively.
• Ability to plan, organise and control multiple, simultaneous and activities effectively. Use resources available optimally.
• Ability to analyse technical documents and training, learning guides, and coaching tools.
• Ability to train and facilitate in large groups. Confidence and aptitude in public speaking. Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field, required.
• 5 or more years of previous Sales Training Manager, Corporate SFE/Training Manager, or related experience within a regional/cluster matrix environment preferred.
• Previous extensive sales experience is must (e.g., Sales Rep/Medical or Medical Device Rep, Key Account Manager, Territory Manager/District Sales Manager, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience working with sales tracking and reporting software.
