Sales Representative, Injectable Asethetic
About this position
This is an exciting opportunity to work with strategic brands and to leverage and build excellent relationships with specialist dermatologists and GP’s.
Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and execute territory business plan and KOL engagement plan to drive sustainable sales growth and deliver business objectives.
• Identify business opportunities, capture marketing intelligence and conduct competitor analysis.
• Consolidate, analyse and report to develop actions plan for business development.
• Conduct regular call visits with clear call objectives and product messages deliver to HCP.
• Conduct sales performance reviews and sales forecasting on regular basis. Identify needs and obstacles to support the sales team daily operation.
• Cultivate constructive relationships and teamwork with team members to enhance synergy within the team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, HCP and business partners to ensure long sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical to execute activities to generate product awareness, interests, and detailing opportunities of targeted customers.
Requirements
• Degree holder or above, preferably in science-related subjects.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
• Experience in dermatology/skincare is an advantage.
• Result-oriented with strong planning, analysing and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated and independent, with an entrepreneur and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellence interpersonal and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders, solid experience in KOL management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
