eCommerce trainee / management trainee (1-2 years work experience)
About this position
This role will be essential in bringing your eCommerce knowledge to Galderma. As an eCommerce Intern, you will report to eCommerce Manager and serve as the primary contact point with our ecommerce enabler. Together you will develop online stores on various marketplaces, overseeing E-store operations, communication, sales and promotions.
Responsibilities
• Support the eCommerce Manager in the operational day-to-day tasks, developing and implementing the online strategy on Marketplaces.
• Collaborate closely with outsourced eCommerce Enabler to monitor and manage all campaign activity on platforms such Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Konvy.
• Co-operation between eCommerce Enabler and Internal team to manage operations, including handling product complaints and managing customer service inquiries and FAQs.
• Support the internal process to be more optimization and more professional.
• Other duties as assign.
Requirements
• New graduated
• Good command in both Thai and English
• Eager to learn new things
• Excellent communication skill with the ability to think strategically
• Ability to perform multi-tasks and time management
• Basic skill in Microsoft Office
