About this position

The Brand Manager, Injectable Aesthetics is responsible for driving and executing brand and product marketing initiatives, conducting market analysis, and managing product documentation to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Key role on driving and execute brand/product booth, event marketing across channel in align with branding and product communication.
• Assist and driving marketing campaign, including marketing activities to support sales/ instore activities.
• Assess market competition by review competitors/ categories activities in order to capture market movement and seeking opportunities for differentiation.
• Maintain product master data and build specifications to support product list in.
• Analyze product requirements, assets needed, and develop appropriate assets/programs to achieve business needs.
• Responsible for all document related; product documents to support business need for all aesthetics port, product reimbursement process, financial document and process related (i.e. PO/invoice related process), and other documents as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and Control disbursement for product assets and sample.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
• At least 5 years’ marketing experience in brand & product management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-Discipline and work well under pressure.
• Well organized and prioritize to deliver commitment.
• Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements.
