Financial Manager
About this position
The Financial Manager will assist in the formulation of financial management systems, budget preparation, fund management, financial accounting, tax planning, financial analysis, internal control, team management, and external communication to ensure compliance and efficiency in the company's financial operations.
Responsibilities
• System construction: Assist the financial manager to complete the formulation of relevant financial management systems that comply with local laws and regulations overseas to ensure the standardization and standardization of the company's financial work.
• Budget preparation: Assist the management to prepare the company's financial budget, including annual budget, quarterly budget, etc., to ensure the reasonable arrangement and use of the company's funds.
• Fund management: Responsible for the company's fund raising, use and allocation, to ensure that the company's fund needs are met and reasonably control the cost of funds.
• Financial accounting: Carry out daily financial accounting work, including account processing, report preparation, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Tax planning: Rationally plan the company's tax matters, reduce tax costs, and ensure the company's tax compliance.
• Financial analysis: Regularly analyze the company's financial situation and provide decision-making support for management.
• Internal control: Strictly implement the company's internal control system to prevent financial risks.
• Team management: Assist the financial manager to manage and train the financial team to improve the team's work efficiency and professional level.
• External communication: Maintain good communication and cooperation with local banks, taxation and other relevant departments.
Requirements
• Familiar with local financial laws and regulations in Thailand, and have local financial and taxation management experience in Thailand;
• Have two years or more of financial general ledger accounting or group company financial management experience, and be familiar with the formulation and implementation of the company's annual budget;
• Be able to communicate proficiently in Thai/English, and Chinese is preferred;
• Require strong principles and stress resistance at work, and be able to have basic risk management capabilities.
