As part of our expansion, GAC Thailand is looking for a dynamic and commercially-driven candidate for the role of Sales Executive, to be based in Bangkok. Could it be you?

About this position

The position involves managing customs clearance processes for export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various parties.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with all internal and external parties concerned regarding export shipments.
• Collect, identify, evaluate, and process necessary export shipping documents for customs clearance purposes.
• Prepare and follow up customs documents with authorities form such as Form C/O, FTA, E, D, etc.
• Apply authority approvals/permits when and where required.
• Key and submit export declaration form in paperless system.
• Coordinate with customs broker, customs house, government department for export shipment clearance (Ocean/Air).
• Prepare all documents in the customs clearance process and distribute to all parties concern.
• Key in/upload supplier invoices/receipts and other expenses.
• Issue Invoices to customers and overseas partners.
• Draft various type export entries as customer requirements for Customs formality.
• To be certified customs specialist, if applicable.
• Apply authority approvals/permits when and where required.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or with experience in customs clearance field.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate.
• Good works attitude and team spirit.
