Sales Engineer
About this position
A global leader in the security management sector is looking for the position of Sales Executive with experience in Security. This is a role which you will be based in Bangkok.
Responsibilities
• Support Sales team with solution selling into prospect account base.
• Partner with Sales team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex Sales cycles.
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed security and technology solutions.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
• Responsible on sales activities, including sales visits, plans report and forecast.
• Coordinate with technician team to deliver project work as agreed with customer.
• Works closely with MSS and FSS team for cross selling as well as provide technology consultant on project sales.
• Other jobs as assigned.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Requirements
• 1-2 years' quota carrying sales experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong security experience, mainly in manned guarding.
• Have strong consultative sales skills & commercial acumen.
• Able to support on bidding processes.
• Positive Mental Attitude and Self-motivation to work with commitment under due dates.
• Strong communicator to manage internal and external relationships.
• Work well in a large team & be a team player and be comfortable to deliver complex bids and tenders.
