Responsibilities
• Repair of all Facilities Service Solution Department’s Equipment, Machines, etc
• Repair of all Manned Security Service Department’s Equipment, Machines, etc
• Company Cars Rental
• Company Mobile Phones
• Service Agreement / Contracts
• Office Building Administration
Requirements
• knowledge and experience as required for the role and as related to company business.
• Team Player, Leadership, customer-oriented, and service minded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical administration related tasks advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to determine problems and provide viable solutions to both customer requirements and teamwork
• Proficient in Thai and English languages, written and spoken
• Proficient in computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Office, Google
• Positive mentality and positive “Can Do” attitude.
• A bachelor degree in business administration fields or higher.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in the area of administration.
