About this position

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of headcount needs while collaborating with hiring managers and managing recruitment projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure timely and high quality fulfillment of headcount,
• Administers headcount and hiring budgets,
• Works with hiring manager/s to understand and meet their hiring needs,
• Proceeds for the approvals following the company policies with parties concern and ensures that all documents required in the process are correct and available at all times, in particular for auditing purpose,
• Conducts initial screening and coordinate with the hiring manager/s for the interviews,
• Upon the selection, coordinates with the selected candidate for the employment contract, supporting documents required, starting date, etc. Keep the hiring manager informed of the progress and the ER manager for the on-boarding program,
• Plans and executes effective recruitment method and techniques for attracting and sourcing the candidates, internal and/or external, i.e. Internal Job Opening, Employee Referral Program, Online Recruitment, Social Media, Open-House, Job Fairs, Campus Talk, Recruitment Agencies, etc.,
• Reviews and updates the job description with the hiring manager, and interview questions reflecting the requirements of each position and Company Values,
• Prepares the Employee Cards, Office Access Card for new joiners and when it is lost or damaged, coordinates with the IT and hiring manager for the IT equipment/accessories, email address, etc.,
• Responsible for new joiner/employee performance evaluation during the probationary period with the hiring manager, and issuing the letter of successful probationary period when approved,
• Ensures that the new hires data and related information are accurate. Prepares a bi-weekly and monthly recruitment reports to the C & B and HRIS Manager/HR Director,
• Responsible for recruitment project/program as assigned from the regional and global offices,
• Other tasks as assigned by the C & B and HRIS Manager and HR Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields,
• At least 5 years working experience in the same or similar role, from multi-national companies is definitely advantage,
• Knowledgeable in Thai Labor Law and legislation as related to employment,
• High responsibility, reliability, service-minded, and “Can-do” attitude,
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills,
• Very good command of written and spoken English, and Computer literacy.
