About this position

The System Engineer position is a 1-year contract role focused on supporting and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of customer infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support requests, incidents, and changes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our customer's infrastructure on-premise and On-Cloud under SLA.
• Monitoring, solving service requests, managing incidents, and implementing changes include SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Agent Support, Trend Micro, Forcepoint DLP, FireEye Endpoint Security HX, Zscaler system and make then delivery OPM documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Science, or Computer Science, IT.
• At least minimum of 0-1 years of experience in the field of system engineer.
• Welcome new graduates who love challenges, work well in teams, are resourceful in problem-solving, and maintain a positive work attitude.
• Knowledge about VDI.
• Knowledge about VMware.
• Knowledge about power shell script.
• Knowledge about AD, Exchange, O365 Cloud.
