About this position

The Solution Implementer Specialist is responsible for gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help team to get requirement and build solution
• Help team to implement, deliver solution and sign-off
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for support projects
• Coordinate with pre-sales technical team for new opportunities
• Build competency within the Microsoft team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related fields
• Minimum 3-6 years' experience in Microsoft Solution/Infrastructure Implementation and Support
• Experience with Microsoft Products (Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V and O365)
• Experience with Intune and SCCM is advantageous
• Microsoft Certified is advantageous
• Proactive and positive working attitude
