Security Operation Center (SoC)
About this position
The Security Operation Center (SoC) position involves monitoring and maintaining security systems, providing technical support, and ensuring system reliability for customers.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine operation to customer
• L1 basic troubleshooting and escalate incident to L2
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor cyber threat surveillance (SOC) in vulnerability assessments and pentest.
• Install and setup security agent on client’s devices.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Provide daily and monthly service report to customer
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• At least 1-3 years experience in NOC/SOC or related fields
• Passion for Cyber Security and learning Well developed logical thinking capabilities, in order to be able to investigate cases.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP (ex. WLAN, Switch, Router), Operation System
• Basic knowledge and/or experience with common security tools such as anti-virus, SIEM, Tenable intrusion detection and firewalls are required
