Presales (Solution Consultant)

Responsibilities
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs and requirements
• Conducting thorough analysis to recommend the most suitable IT solutions
• Preparing compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings
• Engaging with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Presales or Solution Consultant in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of various IT solutions and their (server, storage, network, backup, DC/DR, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cybersecurity, Data platform)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative, problem-solving solutions to client challenges
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT solutions to clients
• Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
