About this position

As a Presales (Solution Consultant) at G-Able Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored IT solutions to our diverse client base. In this full-time position based in Bangkok, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, propose effective solutions, and guide them through the implementation process. Your expertise and strategic insights will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs and requirements
• Conducting thorough analysis to recommend the most suitable IT solutions
• Preparing compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings
• Engaging with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Presales or Solution Consultant in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of various IT solutions and their (server, storage, network, backup, DC/DR, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cybersecurity, Data platform)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative, problem-solving solutions to client challenges
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT solutions to clients
• Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
