About this position
Responsibilities
• Draft, prepare, review and finalize documents and/or agreements in English and Thai for various transactions as requested by internal client including but not limited to agreements for company day-to-day operations.
• Provide support on legal compliance to ensure that the company’s activities, policies, business practices and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Initiate, conduct, manage and record corporate legal work and document work, including conducting registration of company corporate documents and/or relevant business licenses and preparing power of attorney.
• Assist team members in preparation and management of legal documents, case management and coordination with relevant parties (within and outside company).
• Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.
• Handle related legal works and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Manage and maintain good relationship with internal and external clients, including external counsels.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in legal works (Experience in corporate and commercial laws is a plus).
• Service minded and patient.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Computer proficient.
