Service & Asset Operation Officer - 1 Year Contract

About this position

This role focuses on all training and development activity for an organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the whole asset management plan with both internal and external parties.
• Update asset information into system.
• Coordinate with service team for maintenance to be ready for the next schedule.
• Prepare and investigate asset reports.
• Monitor use of demo equipment.
• Support operations leadership team by providing the analysis.
• Co-ordinate with service team for document preparation regarding tender and sales activities or marketing events.
• Respond to inquiries from service sales representative about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Process good issues to deliver spare parts.
• Coordinating with service team on the delivery inquiry.
• Interconnect with various departments and international teams associated with sales and marketing, supply chain management, finance and accounting, legal and compliance departments.
• Monitor inventory control systems, prepare inventory transferring and receiving, and ensure inventory is stocked and purchase order can be fulfilled, take preventive action to prevent slow-moving stock.
• Prepare purchase requisition to internal sourcing departments.
• Analyze statistic data of spare part usage, equipment by product line or by specific dealer that sales or service managers use to monitor performance.
• Be able to prioritize and manage schedule and ad-hoc assignments with strong prioritization.
• Any other supportive tasks as assign.

Requirements

• Vocational or University Degree in Engineering (electronic field) will be an advantage.
• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Possessing a technical background, maintenance and repairing product experience will be an advantage.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Motivated self-starter and comfortable leading change.
• Be proactive and participative.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge or experience in medical systems product will be advantage.
• Must have service mind, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
• Good command or written and spoken English will be advantage.
• PC skill on Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel).
