About this position

We are seeking a Sales Admin (Supervisor/Senior) to join our team at FUJIFILM (Thailand) Ltd. in their office located in Chatuchak, Bangkok. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders in an accurate and timely manner, from order entry through to invoicing and delivery, ensuring a high level of precision and customer satisfaction.
• Review sales orders for completeness and accuracy, clarify any discrepancies or missing information with sales representatives or customers directly.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and communicate any delays or issues to customers.
• Maintain and update sales order records and customer information within the company's database
• Liaise with finance teams to assist with credit checks, payment processing, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on sales order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to their orders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal departments to streamline order processing and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new sales order processing systems or procedures as required.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ad-hoc projects, and other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role with a focus on sales order management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both team members and customers.
• Proficient in using MS Office and experience with ERP/SAP systems or other sales order processing software.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
