Payroll Officer - 1 Year Contract
About this position
This role focuses on all training and development activity for an organization.
Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Coordinate and follow-up with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely payroll data, including new hires, resignations, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and compliance purposes.
• Assist in implementing and improving payroll policies and procedures.
• Validate the stay period of expat employees to ensure they meet the conditions of tax benefits.
• Oversee the administration of the social security fund and social welfare
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with payroll management, compensation, and benefits (HRMS operating) is preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional numerical skills, including accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
