About this position

The ICT Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s IT operations and strategic planning, ensuring effective implementation of IT projects and overseeing IT staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s IT operations and strategic planning, encompassing both Software Applications and IT Operations functions.
• Lead and manage IT projects (implementation and enhancement), ensuring alignment with targets set by the regional HQ.
• Drive change management activities to implement technical changes efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise IT staff across divisions, including first-level managers, providing mentoring and coaching as needed.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Information Technology or related field.
• Strong experience in the IT Management field with at least 10 years of managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Operations and ITIL best practices. Familiarity with IT end-user technologies, IT Infrastructure, and IT Security concepts.
• Experience managing ERP applications (SAP) and CRM applications.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
