Customer Engineer (Silom/Bangna/Ayuthaya)
About this position
The Customer Engineer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of company products and services, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
• Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of company products and services.
• Provide timely and excellent service to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate and update appropriate customer operation on maintenance activities and other technical issues to maintain good relationship with customers.
• Communicate the status of service calls and address all concerns that customers have with our products.
• Execute and complete all relevant reports and data input in the company system with accuracy and timely.
• Manage spare part, equipment, service tool and any other assets in good working condition.
• Other assignment that assigns by manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic / Mechatronics or related field.
• At least 1-year experiences in Field Service.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong service mind and ability to work with team.
