Responsibilities
• Payroll Management:
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processes, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payroll disbursements and reporting.
• Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
• Design, propose, and implement incentive and commission schemes based on Total Rewards principles to drive employee motivation and retention.
• Analyze market trends to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and aligned with business goals.
• Policy Development:
• Develop and implement innovative and modern HR policies that address the needs of a diverse workforce.
• Review and update existing policies to ensure compliance with current labor laws and market practices.
• Employee Benefits Enhancement:
• Introduce and manage creative benefits programs that improve employee well-being and work-life balance.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of benefits and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market benchmarks.
• Communication & Presentation:
• Deliver clear and compelling presentations in English to management and employees on C&B strategies, policies, and updates.
• Act as an advisor to leadership on compensation and benefits matters.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize HR analytics to assess the impact of compensation and benefits programs on employee satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on C&B metrics and performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, including payroll management.
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and their application in incentive and commission design.
• Proven ability to develop innovative HR policies and benefits programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR and payroll systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Compensation & Benefits or related areas (e.g., CCP).
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or HRIS platforms.
