• Responsibility Customer Audit Project and Quality Issue
• Customer Claim and Complain
• Control Supplier to Claim and Complain
• Non-conformance product handling
• Prepare PPAP, Submit and follow with customer
• Set up Ins.STD./WI/Q-Point/Check Sheet
• Issue NCP to Supplier/Internal Department and follow up till case closed
• Others job assign by superior
Requirements
• Automotive field is must necessary
• +5 years experience in QA&QC, Internal Audit, QMR field
• Graduated Bachelor Degree
• Good Communication English Language
• Computer / Internet Skill
• MSA and SPC Analysis
