About this position

FRONTIS is a consultancy and technology company that collaborates with leading organizations to accelerate digital transformation from vision to reality in the areas of Consulting, Data & AI, and Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in leading organizations to identify key drivers of change and implement strategies to optimize adoption of technology and drive digital transformation
• Work with Agile project team of high performing people, who will catalyze each other to develop, grow and achieve great things together
• Analysis and understand client context and problems through secondary research (e.g. searching and analyzing data) and primary research (e.g. conducting interviews and focus groups with stakeholders such as clients and subject matter experts, conducting design thinking workshop and solutions)
• Propose technology solutions, translate business requirement into functional design – focusing on cloud-based solutions in 2 possible focus areas: 1) Productivity: Digital Workplace & Process Digitization 2) Application & Innovation: Microsoft 365 Copilot etc.
• Develop high quality work outputs including presentation slides, quantitative models, analytical and descriptive reports, system designs & specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, organize meetings, workshops
• Manage relationships with clients as well as manage project work plan

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field.
• Work experience 1-6+ years of related work experience in user support, research & analysis, marketing & communication or others field.
• Key skill: Analytical & strategic thinking, communication skills, project management & organizational skills with teamwork
• Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)
• Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
