Business Analyst/Researcher (Consulting)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Join a project team of high performing people, who will catalyze each other to develop, grow and achieve great things together
• Understand client context and problems through secondary research (e.g. searching and analysing data) and primary research (e.g. conducting interviews and focus groups with stakeholders such as clients and subject matter experts)
• Propose solutions, formulate strategies and develop road maps through synthesis and assessment – using both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Propose technology solutions, translate business requirement into functional design – focusing on cloud-based solutions
• Develop high quality work outputs including presentation slides, quantitative models, analytical and descriptive reports, system designs & specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, organize meetings, workshops
• Manage relationships with clients as well as manage project work plan
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Social Science, Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field.
• Work experience between 1-8 years in any related fields
• Interest in problem solving, strategic research work and Technology Consulting type of work, both for public sector and Private sector clients
• Excellent analytical, organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high professionalism
• Passion to learn new skills and topics at pace and with structure
• Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)
• Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
