Performance Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee all digital marketing strategies including marketing database, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaign strategy, activity, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking online channel usage to generate revenue and efficiency.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment. (ROI/CAC/ ROAS)
• Allocate budgets, analyze, and recommend modifications to ad spends.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (OKRs, KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandise, or products.
• Take ownership in driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value on our application and online channels.
• Manage Customer Data to synchronize with the Marketing Automation System.
• Create and design customer personalization flow for the Marketing Automation System.
• Manage personalization campaign on Marketing Automation System.
• Upsell and Cross-sell to increase the average order value with Marketing Automation Flow.
• Process the campaign, Analyze and monitor the progress of the particular campaign, and report to the Head of Marketing by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in Marketing Automation/Database, Digital Marketing, Mar-Tech, and Market Analysis.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Be self-motivated, a strong leader, and able to work and adapt under pressure.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Software development companies or data analytic backgrounds are preferable.
