Campaign Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee all marketing strategies including marketing campaigns, promotions, events, or partnership campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.).
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and Marketing Campaigns.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandise, or products.
• Manage marketing key metrics and campaign results to achieve project KPIs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Process the campaign, Analyze and monitor the progress of the particular campaign, and report to the Head of Marketing by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in Marketing Automation/Database, Digital Marketing, Mar-Tech, and Market Analysis.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Be self-motivated, a strong leader, and able to work and adapt under pressure.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media ad platforms).
