Finance Business Partner – Care Delivery
About this position
The primary objective of this role is to serve as a business partner to the AHO of Thailand in managing the finance function.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include:
• Oversee and manage the financial performance
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Monitor A/R and DSO development
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations
Requirements
Required professional experience:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Knowledge on sizable ERP and reporting systems
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Dynamic, analytical, and integrity-driven
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Health Care industry experience is an advantages.
