Senior Manager - Contract & Compliance
About this position
We are seeking an experienced Contract & Compliance Senior Manager to oversee our organization's contract management processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of contract management strategies, policies, and procedures while managing a team of contract and compliance professionals.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and executing the construction and related contracts.
• Researching a contract’s terms and ensure all payment not conflicts with the contract and work progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputation.
• Create and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers and serve as a single point of contact for matters concerning.
• Check and develop vendor and supplier credit report and loyalty programme.
• Check invoice and document before final payment and co-ordinate with internal project and construction management if necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of numbers are necessary.
• Document management experience is preferable.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/ engineering/ legal.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in contract execution, payment process, cost analysis.
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good communication in English language.
• Good Microsoft skill.
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
