Manager - Sales and Marketing (Industrial Land)

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager specializing in Industrial Land. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, fostering relationships, and closing deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our offerings compellingly. Regular responsibilities include delivering presentations and attending networking events, trade shows, and industry forums. The candidate must be both personable and professional, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and support the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
• Represent company projects and services with an in-depth knowledge of how our solutions meet client needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate leads and manage relationships by maintaining an organized daily work schedule focused on both existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and implement territory action plans, utilizing data analysis to refine sales techniques based on field results.
• Assess client needs and follow a structured sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations, to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients to provide exceptional service and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and presentations for executive-level discussions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and company standards maintained.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial land sales or related industries.
• Experience in industrial estates, real estate, energy, or utilities is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of the utility industry, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and experience working with multinational teams and clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) (HSK Level 5 or above) is an advantage.
