About this position
The Manager – Marketing Communications (TRA) is responsible for developing branding and marketing strategies, leading communication efforts for campaigns, and ensuring consistency across business units. This role involves planning corporate events and managing PR campaigns while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for development of branding strategy, marketing strategy and business planning, and marketing communication.
• Led communication strategies for marketing campaigns: advertising, CSR campaigns, etc.
• Collaborated with internal business units across the Group to ensure positioning consistency.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing-related activities.
• Managed PR campaigns including media coverage and marketing activities and events. Managed budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics to ensure successful execution.
• Acted as liaison with PR agencies, media contacts, and coordinate with all internal departments on their behalf.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• At least 7 years of working experience in marketing communications business.
• Solid understanding of advertising, branding, event management, digital marketing techniques, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of budget management and financial acumen.
• Experience in successfully managing external vendors and agencies.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work under pressure within tight timelines; hands-on with proven ability to manage simultaneous projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
