About this position
Responsibilities
• Translate factory and warehouse lease agreements.
• Conduct preliminary reviews and proofreading of standard contracts and legal documents.
• Organize documentation, including maintaining and filing physical contracts and legal records.
• Coordinate the contract and legal document signature process, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
• Manage departmental expense records, oversee disbursements and reimbursements, and handle budget transfers.
• Assist with corporate tasks, including registration and compiling corporate charter documents (e.g., affidavits) for the entire corporate group.
• Provide general support for legal work and undertake other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant administrative or legal experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
