Feasibility and Financial Analysis
About this position
The position involves conducting feasibility studies and financial analysis for the company's projects and joint ventures, ensuring successful project execution through coordination with partners and related parties.
Responsibilities
• Conduct feasibility study on Company’s project and JV project.
• Coordinate with JV partners as well as all related parties to ensure the success of the project.
• Handle weekly and monthly reports related to the project.
• Research and identify new project opportunities, including macroeconomics, market landscape, industry trends, competitive benchmarking and business model.
• Identify key internal and external information for analyzing and find insight to improve performance of existing business.
• Coordinate with related departments to find Assets Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) solution to improve performance of existing project.
• Monitor and prepare the Company's financial budget projection.
• Support divestment of existing investments.
• Support requested information to the holding for Consolidation and IR activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Financial Analyst, Investment Banking or Management Consultant.
• Proven knowledge and experience in relation to financial modelling, Project feasibility, Financial analysis, Capital budgeting.
• Good team play with analytical, systematic and critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Extensive experience in real estate industry, with a preference for investment experience in industrial properties will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in Data manipulation tools such as Advance Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, Dashboard tools will be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
