About this position

The Draftsman position involves updating and preparing construction drawings, calculating materials, and supporting vendor management in cost verification.

Responsibilities

• Regularly update construction drawings for factory and warehouse facilities.
• Prepare construction drawings for building renovations and modifications in compliance with the Building Control Act and related regulations.
• Calculate work areas, quantities, and materials required for building repairs, renovations, reinstatements, modifications and preventive maintenance.
• Support the vendor management team in verifying and updating materials and installation costs in pricing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction drawing, cost control management, or a related area.
• Proficiency in civil and M&E engineering with solid understanding of building regulations and relevant legal requirements.
• Familiarity with industrial property development and management.
