About this position

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality checking process.
• Create communication between QC's members, QC Head and QC Manager.
• Report the daily non-compliances and records to QC Manager.
• Make analysis and handle countermeasure report quality issue, and follow up 8D report.
• Make or updated procedure, work instruction and OPL.
• Conduct quality training to qc and production team, and the assessment report.
• Coordinate between related department to solve problem.
• Maintain the internal E-mail and external e-mail communication.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Quality field
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Technical knowledge of QC 7 tools, core tools & Injection Molding
• Have analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details.
• Measurement skills
• Documentation and Reporting
• Computer literate
• Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team and independently.
