Production Shift Head (Injection Molding)

Responsibilities
• Shift handover: Analyze output, reject ratio, OEE and problems during shift, set counter measurements. Report / brief information to upcoming shift during the shift handover and create shift report as evidence.
• Follow the rules written in the WI in the quality management system of the company in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and safety.
• Arrange shift set up according to manpower availability, mapping by production plan, breaktime arrangement, training and official prosecution.
• Execute trainings and assessment according to official training plan to maintain and improve knowledge of employees and report results to superior.
• Monitor the quality of products during the shift to ensure they meet company standards. Follow instructions of Quality department to set counter measurements.
• Ensure production is working safe according to HSE and company regulation. Conduct regular checks to identify concerns and report to related department.
• Ensure Production is following Production schedule and planning. Communicate bottle necks and counter measurements with PPIC and lower management.
• Perform other work as instructed by superiors that within the scope of department.
Requirements
• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Injection/Production Engineering/Production Mold)
• Understand Injection Molding and Mold, Quality Mindset, and Leadership or People Management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is a priority)
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate
• Skilled in Trouble-shooting Analysis & able to work as a Trainer
• Knowledge of environmental aspect identification, impact assessment, and control
• Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3)
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices
