About this position

The Mold Maintenance & Repair Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the handling, troubleshooting, and reporting of heel counter molds, ensuring proper communication and implementation of processes within the department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling new heel counter molds.
• Responsible for ensuring the mold manufacturing folder is complete and correct for heel counters.
• Responsible for troubleshooting heel counter molds.
• Create reports and maintain history for heel counter molds.
• Actively communicate with other departments related to heel counter molds.
• Implement 6S in the mold assembly and manual machine areas.
• Submit nonconformity mold defects during manufacture.
• Kaizen (Ideas and Reports).

Requirements

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree from a technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position (Expert in Mold Making).
• Knowledge of Mold Making and Mold Maintenance.
• Must understand 2D and 3D drawings.
• Able to assemble molds and repair slider and non-slider molds.
• Knowledge and understanding of mold construction.
• Knowledge and understanding of machining processes for mold making.
• Able to communicate with other departments to provide ideas and conclusions.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
