Mold Coordinator (Injection Molding)

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee planning of PPIC, supervise mold change team activities accordingly with the target to reduce downtimes.
• Supervise / Support Mold Maintenance tasks to maximize the quality of running mods and products.
• Conduct mold related testing and quality inspection before deployment in production to minimize downtimes.
• Organize and maximize the effectiveness of the mold storage.
• Ensure changes align with organizational targets and adhere to best practices and standards. Review and validate changes to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide trainings and support to improve overall quality of work.
• Check the availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment to minimize shortages or impacts on processes.
• Perform other work as instructed by superiors that within the scope of Department.
Requirements
• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field.
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in a related field (Mold Setter/Mold Structure/Injection Molding).
• Expertise in mold and its functions (experience in an injection molding company is a priority).
• Ability to operate a crane and forklift.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.
