About this position

framas is the biggest supplier of plastic technology for the sports industry worldwide, developing and producing plastic components for leading brands. The company values technical innovations and provides employees with the freedom to develop new ideas in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and management of facilities and assets to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and generate weekly security reports to enhance workplace safety and security.
• Manage and coordinate employee locker assignments and maintenance to ensure accessibility and security. Also, in coordination with HR - Recruitment.
• Controlling, monitoring and improving all aspects for employee pick up vehicle or mass transportation.
• Monitor canteen operations to maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards also coordinating with HR and Canteen committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Office Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management or similar GA roles.
• Broad knowledge of General Office Equipment and Facilities, Security Systems, Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management, Project Management, Routine Maintenance, and Vendor Management.
• Fluency in English is essential (both oral and written).
• Computer literacy is required (Microsoft Office).
• Strategic mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
