About this position

FPT Global is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within the company’s database and systems, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Generate reports and summaries from data as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Requirements

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Organized, dependable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
