About this position

Are you an experienced booking agent with a background in air logistics, looking for the flexibility of working from home? FPT Global Logistics is seeking motivated and detail-oriented freelance booking agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and creating air bookings, as well as coordinating with clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Air Booking Management: Receive and manage air booking requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, managing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to air bookings, including shipping instructions, airway bills, and invoices.
• Communication: Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless booking and shipment processes.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to schedules.
• Remote Collaboration: Work independently from home while staying connected with the team through regular virtual meetings and communication.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in air freight booking, logistics, or a related field is essential.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using booking and logistics software, as well as basic office tools like email, word processors, and spreadsheets.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
