About this position
Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth of food ingredient products within assigned territories or accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Provide training and support to junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and strategies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food or food ingredient industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of food ingredient products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong planning, organizational, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach to identify and develop new business opportunities within the food ingredients sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Force, Microsoft Outlook.
