Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager
About this position
The Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager will oversee overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
• Manage and control overall HR Functions both HRD & HRM.
• Compensation Management.
• Track the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring and onboarding.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
• Employee Relations.
• Performance Management System: PMS.
• HRIS implemented ERP.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
• Understand and set KPIs and usual HR skills.
• Training and Development (Identify training needs for employees with line managers by evaluating strengths and weaknesses, and preparing the training roadmap).
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge.
• Payroll and Benefit (Ensure all payroll payments are accurate, pay within timeline and compliance with local/country authority rules and regulations).
• Ensure that monthly payroll data & information is completed on time and accurate.
• Be HR consultant for any HR concern topics or issues and provide proper solutions or suggestions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5-10 years of working experience in HRM, and HR Operations including recruitment, and employee relations.
• Knowledge and experience in payroll management, including tax calculations and social security management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
• Fluent in spoken and written in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
• Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking, and responsible.
• Proficiency in Computer literate (e.g., MS Office).
• Have a good understanding of research, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills.
