URGENT - Industrial Program Leader (Electronics Background in Project/ Launch)

About this position

The Industrial Program Leader with an Electronics background will be responsible for coordinating industrial work packages, launch planning, budgeting, and ensuring HSE and ergonomic convergence in the plant. They will also support production during ramp-up and engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrial work packages and ensure their accomplishment through strong functional leadership of an extended team
• Full ownership of all Industrial Development activities of the Program
• Responsible for the launch planning and budget from definition till execution
• Participate in the development of Make or Buy strategy
• Be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant
• Management of launch activities at the Plant
• Support production during ramp-up
• Support Engineering Change Management as necessary
• Leadership for all Industrial Development objectives for the program(s) at the plant
• Optimize the CAPEX through footprint, capacity analysis, and equipment selection
• Ensure Industrial Development milestones are passed successfully and on time
• Report all Industrial Development risk analyses and associated action plans
• Report on Plant launch activities to the Plant

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Automotive and/or Electronics field
• 5 years of professional experience in Product/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, tooling design preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in Lead program launch / Run@Rate / Trial Run / Off Tool Off Process
• Experience in Electronic for Automotive
• Project Management, Problem solving & Conflict Management skills, Customer focus
• Mastering Equipment/Tooling specifications, GD&T, P-FMEA and Control Plan
• Lean Manufacturing (One piece flow, SMED, KANBAN, HOSHIN workshop, etc.)
• Understanding Finance Basics (Costing, Investments, plant P&L)
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Good command in English (Speaking, Writing)
