Responsibilities

• Internship Program Management: Design and oversee engaging internship experiences that attract top talent.
• Sourcing & Screening Candidates: Utilize innovative strategies to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Communication: Enhance internal communication strategies to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
• Training & Development: Facilitate impactful training sessions that promote employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Plant Communication: Serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist in developing competitive compensation packages that attract and retain talent.
• Direct Labor Management: Collaborate with operations to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Overtime Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze overtime trends to ensure effective labor cost management.
• Headcount Management: Support strategic workforce planning to meet operational needs.
• Union/Welfare Support: Engage with union representatives and support employee welfare initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Eligibility: Open to recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree obtained within the last two years.
• Previous Interns: Priority given to graduates with positive feedback from the ICM Program.
• Relevant Degree: Degree in a field relevant to the organization or specific functions.
• Strong Academic Record: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Relevant Experience: Internships or work experience in a similar industry are a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in new situations and diverse environments.
• Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills are essential.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English communication is necessary for effective collaboration.
