About this position

The position involves various roles within the Quality department at FORVIA, focusing on supplier quality and program quality leadership.

Responsibilities

The main missions of the role are:
• Deploys APQP related to development phase (or current production phase) of Bought out parts following Faurecia Purchasing requirements.
• Trains the suppliers and makes sure that the defined standards are properly applied and on time delivered (APQP elements).
• Follows the APQP progress with the status report and make decisions in collaboration with the program team.
• Gives recommendations on technical choices to ensure the product/process robustness during program development (for both suppliers and Faurecia plant).
• Manages the process qualification at supplier (control plan and quality basics implementation, mass production trial & process Audit).
• Pronounces PPAP status and ensures to deliver validated PPAP prior Start of Production (SOP) after SQA assembly trial & appearance approvals.
• Monitors PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and S/R rate.
• Secures all Key characteristics (Safety and Regulations) during Program phase.
• Manages progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers involved in program in collaboration with division SQD.
• Take the leadership to uphold the commitment to CoE, CoM and other internal compliance policy in the responsible team and relevant business partners to ensure that it is distributed to all employees and that each employee adheres to it.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team.
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management process.
• APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge.
• Supplier audit process knowledge.
• Team player, proactive, positive attitude, good personality, and hands-on style.
• Mature, good interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing.
• Accountable and results oriented with strong written and communication skills.
• International mind set and overseas experience is a plus.
