About this position

The FORVIA Faurecia Management Trainee Program (Quality engineer) is a rotational program through various positions to secure a long-term position in a multinational environment! In this program, you will rotate through different job positions such as Standard Management Engineer, Supplier Quality Assurance, Plant Quality Engineer, and Program Quality Engineer. Responsibilities

Recent Graduate Management Program 2024 – 2025

Quality Engineer Management Trainee will rotate between:

Rotation 1 - Standard Management Engineer (Rayong)
- Understand FORVIA access portal.
- Understand and deploy on FORVIA standard.

Rotation 2 - Supplier Quality Assurance (Rayong)
- Deploy APQP related to the development phase (or in current production) of Bought-Out Parts following the Group's purchasing requirements.
- Assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer to complete the global panel evaluation.

Rotation 3 - Plant Quality Engineer (Rayong)
- 8QB, SR, Control plan assessment audit
- 8D methodology problem solving.
- Limit sample and boundary judgment in production line

Rotation 4 - Program Quality Engineer (Rayong)
- Understand customer requirement and PMS system.
- Establish Checking fixture specification.
- Establish control plan, PFMEA and PF.
- Establish boundary book and sample.

Requirements

- Graduated in an engineering or related quality management field in 2023 - 2025.
- Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing.
- Able to work well under pressure and target driven type.
- Team player, proactive, positive attitude, good personality, and hands-on style.
- Mature, good interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Accountable and results oriented.
- Multi-cultural business experience.
- Expertise in computer skills (MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
