Program Manufacturing Leader
About this position
Responsibilities
• Communicate with Process engineer and EOL/Equipment Engineer to review and validate the manufacturing processes and tooling for new products.
• Manages process definition and production equipment definition and launch, in accordance with Customer and internal specifications, legal requirements and Faurecia standards / best practices,
• Ensures robustness of process FMEA,
• Coordinates the Manufacturing Team, Manage the CAR (System for capital expenditure approval) and respect equipment and tooling budget.
• Ensure Design for manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
• Lead PFMEA until equipment approval into the plant.
• Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program in the plant: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Business Group standards and program objectives.
• Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment.
• Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.
• Support with suppliers for design, validation of tooling, machines.
• Assess and make improvements and changes balancing automation and manual processes.
• Ensure the launches of new program on the cost, capacity, and quality in the plant.
• Manage the feasibility assessments and quote industrialization to new program as acquisition phases.
• Organize the support to Design and Quality Engineering with root-cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
• Lead the support to Production and Quality Engineering on legacy processes and products.
• Drive the team and accomplish to the program and industrial objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor or above in engineering or related field
• +5 years working experience
• +3 years working experience at automotive electronics industry.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing engineering and assembly processes.
• Experience of managing the team related to industrialization at least 3 years.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management.
• Must be capable of working with a wide variety of people from the shop.

• Demonstrated experience in launches of new production lines, automation as ME lead.
• Ability to create PM schedules, industrial plan with operational skills in production and quality matters.
• IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA. Experience driving Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production Systems methods
• Experienced in global position is plus.
• English speaking is must
