About this position

As a Production Supervisor at Forvia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of designated groups while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set targets, implement plans, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead your team in problem-solving initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods.
• Handle personnel issues and ensure proper team management.
• Foster individual development within your team.
• Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
• Intervene when necessary to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production.
• More than 3 years of production experience, preferably in the Electronics or Automotive industry.
• Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Operational level of English.
